Define what counts as late, absent, or half-day

Mark late after 15 minutes

Employees checking in after 09:15 are flagged late.

Auto-absent after 4 hours

No check-in by 13:00 will be marked absent.

Allow remote check-in

Geo-fence is bypassed when working from home is enabled.

Notify managers on absence

Send a Slack notification when a direct report is absent.
